Service 13 City Centre - Saltash Passage

Service 13 is unusual in that the route and timetable are unchanged but it moves to Plymouth Citybus (still only runs on Saturdays). 
Service 14 City Centre - Devonport - Derriford

Service 14 is a new service operated Monday to Saturdays (day time) operated by Target Travel. It seems to be covering parts of the old 17, 26A and 39 routes. Passengers from Stoke / Devonport to Kings Tamerton and Transit Way now have to change buses.  Service 16B City Centre - Kings Tamerton - Holly Park There is no change to this route which will continue to be operated by Plymouth Citybus. I have not mapped the route but the evening timetable is included below.

That new 14 looks almost identical to one of First's old iterations of the 11. I think that route ran until about 2001, when they switched the Millbridge part with the Union Street part of the 80.
