The new licence (PH2015480)  for Target Travel has been granted so they keep their Devon County Council tendered services along with their other routes (Plymouth Argyle specials). The new licence have yet to appear on my VOSA updates although a search on their database does now show the new licences. Details for the new licences should appear here next week all being well…
