  1. I don't think that's been painted. I think it's had livery applied to the existing red body. No point painting it really.

    1. It quite clearly has been fully repainted to the same high standard as all of their full repaints.

  2. Looking smart. I guess the buses are being numbered the same order as the E numbers were, not in register plate order, putting this one somewhere in the middle. Otherwise this one would be last. Counting back and forward I look like they are 460 onwards which stops before 480 which is still in service.
Does snyoan know why Citybus don't have a batch in the 600s? The gas buses were put in the 700 and the cutrcur Environs are 500s and this new batch squeezed in between other 400s - although all the other 400s are second hand

  4. They look so much smarter than I thought they would. Am hearing a lot about the Flash buses being rebranded to Swoops, any truth in that?

    1. Some Yellow Flash are spare from 50/51A being stopped. Some are being used on Callywith College
Routes so it makes sense to go into red swoops. I believe 521 is already in the paint shop. I believe you

    2. Flash liveries have been updated

501 is now in radio plymouth and got a nasty scraping on the Torpoint ferry
514 has recently been repainted into swoops
515 has been painted for callywyth collage
521 has been painted into the armed forces livery but the door got smashed

I have also seen 504 been upgraded with its heart livery.

  5. Yes, definitely repainted. It's a brighter shade of red than London red and clearly has been through the bus wash thousands of times because it's shiny.

  6. Just come out of the paintshop which is why it’s shiny, nothing to do with the bus wash.

  7. 571 has been swooped but left in London red. It doesn't look very good.

  8. Sorry that was 475 in London red that has been swooped but not repainted. It doesn't look very good! Ex Target 161 has been swooped.

  9. On Friday 9th November the following were noted at Milehouse. Enviro 400s 460, 475 and 476 renumbered and in swoops but in original London red livery. Enviro 400s 466 and 474 renumbered and in swoops but repainted into Citybus red. Enviro 400s 462, 463, 465, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 472 and 473 just in London red and not yet renumbered (they all had paper labels in the windscreen showing their new numbers). Enviro 400s 461 and 464 were not noted. Mini Dart 253 was dumped at the rear of the yard and might be a withdrawal candidate. Mini Enviro 200s 160 and 161 (ex Target Travel) are both now in swoops and 160 at least has had its seats re-covered.

  14. 465 has not been painted. Went on it yesterday and you could faintly see go ahead London branding on them.
