Target Travel Updated!

Target Travel have finally launched their new web site! There are still a few rough edges (links to the maps go to the timetables)  but it does on initial viewing seem pretty decent and a lot better than the old one. If they keep it up to date then it should prove to be a lot more useful than the old one too!

Bus, Coach & Mini Bus Hire in Plymouth, Devon - Target Travel

Now also seems a good time to note their services over Christmas:

Thanks to Tristan at Target Travel for supplying the information!

  1. Looks great. As you say hopefully given the effort and expense that's gone into it they'll keep it updated. Looks very good

  2. ive just looked on the website and some great sounding stuff coming soon, like a mystery tour on the 1st sunday of every mouth and paper bus nets. also would be nice to see the maps there as most people dont know what why the target buses go which is useful

  3. also to note there seems to be a Chauffeur Service coming soon which would be nice to see from target and maybe there the only company in the uk to have a Chauffeur Service from a bus service?

  4. All they need now are some nice buses to go with the nice website! Some of them are dreadful! I had a mini-dart on the 52 to Derriford this week and it rattled like hell when it was stationery and had a bad knocking sound inside the engine. I've yet to ride on a "nice" bus with Target!

yea there are some rubbish buses in the fleet but there all being replaced, yes the 52 branded dart is dead and withdrawn but the london darts are set to be painted for better use elsewhere with solos and a new decker as said on the website so you will find great buses soon

    2. Anonymous20 November 2016 at 16:10 im not sure if graham can even go into milehouse for photos, if anything not sure if anyone who dont work there can go in, could be because of the gas buses or heath and safety i asked in the office after a driver said i could go on that day and they said no as for rules which yes its there bus depot and mainly its heath and safety now

    1. Yes, eventually older ones will appear - but this will be a while as I go back through older news sheets - its not that high on my list just yet. There is a bigger fleet history project on the back burner which i hope to restart next year...

    1. whoops - I must admit I thought I had covered them - but clearly not. I think its because Tom has done such a good job on social media sites, every time I switch on my PC I come across a message from him about TC.
