Saturday 1 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • We are sorry that we are not able to operate the 1800 service 43 to Ernesettle. the next service 43 from Royal Parade will be at 1830. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Falcon:

  • Plymouth Falcons in Bristol are currently being held up by peaceful protests which are blocking roads for 5 minutes at a time. This is out of our control but would like to apologize for the delay
  • Highways England plan to close the A38 Eastbound between the hours of 8pm to 6am, 28 May to 13 June. Falcon service will divert via: A382 (Exeter Road) to Newton Abbot A381 (Torquay Road) A380 to Telegraph Hill and back onto the A38/M5

Sunday 2 June

First Kernow:

  • Morning All the weather is not so good, but all the services in the west of Kernow are up and running. Please have a nice day

Megabus:

  • The 10:10 M36 service from Newcastle to Plymouth has suffered a breakdown. A replacement coach is on route with a delay of approx. 90-110 minutes. Stops affected: Manchester: 14:25 Birmingham: 16:50 Bristol: 18:50 Exeter: 21:20 Plymouth: 22:35


Monday 3 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Due to low hanging trees at North Road East, the Ocean City Sights bus is on diversion and is unable to serve North Road East & the University until further notice. We apologise for this inconvenience.

First Kernow:

  • 16/16a cant get through penbeagle estate for the next couple of hours due to lorry blocking the road.(DT)

Tuesday 4 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Service 21/21A road blocked at Longcause in Plympton due to parked cars, service being diverted via Yeomans Way and New Park Rd until further notice - Service 21/21A returning to normal route again through Longcause, sorry for the inconvenience.

First Kernow:

  • Good Morning, the 233 service from Flushing to Truro College is running 15 minutes late due to a technical fault with the vehicle, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused
  • good morning from Eden depot all buses have left to go to their starting points. Please be aware due to a break down the 214A is now a yellow bendi and is running late.

Stagecoach:

  • The 0715 & 0745 Fox from Paignton Bus Station will not be running due to operational issues, sorry for any inconvenience

Wednesday 5 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Road closed just north of Treburley due to an RTC, Service 12 and 12A's diverted via Bray Shop, Coads Green, Congdon's Shop and South Petherwin until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience A388 has re-opened following an earlier RTC. Service 12 & 12A's are now returning to the normal route. Sorry for the inconvenience
  • On World Environment Day, a few ways we're doing our best to lessen our impact on our environment here at Plymouth Citybus
  • Lessening our buses' impact on the environment is a task we take very seriously and when you travel with Citybus you're helping reduce pollution and improve air quality. 60% of the Citybus fleet is Euro5 or Euro6 standard. We continue to lead the way on zero emission buses and our entire bus fleet will be zero emissions by 2035.
  • We've slashed carbon emissions to a low 0.65kg per passenger journey, down from 0.73kg in 2017/18
  • Plymouth Citybus is one of the best performing companies when it comes to carbon emissions
  • A fully loaded double decker bus can take up to 75 cars off the road tackling air quality and congestion in our cities and towns

    Last year @TheGoAheadGroup launched the air filtering bus on a Bluestar bus in Southampton and the results will be released later this month. All our electricity power is now generated from renewable sources. We have the UK’s first and largest all electric bus depot at Waterloo in London By the end of 2020 we will have 181 electric buses across the group

First Kernow:

  • Camborne -the 46 at 0805 will not be running as we have flat tyre we will get up and running asap(cp)
  • Due to a badly parked camper van in British Road, St Agnes, the1320 87 service from Newquay is currently blocked (along with half of the village). The 1505 return service will also be delayed as a result.

Falcon:

  • I'm afraid that, due to a technical issue, Falcon isn't displaying on the app for live times. Apologies for the inconvenience that this will cause.


Thursday 6 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Due to an operational issue, we are unable to operate the service 70A 08:39 from HMS Raleigh to Plymouth. The next service from HMS Raleigh will be at 09:09. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
  • Due to congestion caused by traffic bound for the Royal Cornwall Show at Wadebridge tailing back as far as Washaway, there is major disruption to services 11A. Whilst our drivers are doing their best in difficult circumstances, please allow more time for your journey.
  • Due to a breakdown we are unable to operate the 11:25 service 34 from the city centre to Derriford. The next service 34 will be at 11:55. We apologise for any inconvenience
  • Due to late running of the bus, we are unable to operate the 16:15 service 27 to Deer Park. The next service 27 will be at 16:50. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  • It is quite busy in the city centre area due to the roadworks. This is affecting some services, especially shorter journeys such as Efford, Mount Gould and Deer Park. We apologise for any inconvenience but this is out of our control. Please allow more time for your journey.
  • We are unfortunately unable to operate the 18:50 service 33. The next service 33 will be at 19:15. We apologise for any inconvenience. We are unfortunately unable to operate the 21:10 service 24 and the 21:35 service 9. On each occasion the next service to Mount Gould & Efford will be 30 minutes later. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Ocean City Sights:

  • We will be on diversion until further notice due to a tree hazard in the North Road East area. The service will run from Western Approach to Pennycomequick Roundabout and back to Mayflower Street. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

First Kernow:

  • The 06:47 95 service Wadebridge to Bude will be running approximately 25 minutes late. Apologies for this late running
  • Good morning from Bodmin depot all services 55.95.96 have left the yard on time we are expecting a few delays on our services for the next couple of days due to royal Cornwall show Dw
  • The 233 from Flushing to Truro College will be 25 minutes late this morning due to a technical fault with the vehicle. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused
  • Sadly the 47 service Redruth to Camborne 13:28 has broken down. Engineering is on route. We will keep you updated as and when the service may resume. Regarding the 47 that previously broke down. It will be resuming service at Camborne at 14:44.
  • Service 22, the 1615 from Truro to St Austell has been cancelled due to a driver failure. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
  • the 16 to St Ives cant serve Penwith collage due to a vehicle blocking the road.. M6 16.30 Penzance to mousehole not running due to driver being late off another route due to a badly parked car but the 16.56 from mousehole will run a few minutes late(DT)

Stagecoach:

  • Exeter - 08:30 'R' Service from Rifford road will not be running due to a vehicle breakdown, Sorry for any Inconvenience
  • due to other requirements the 9.50 FOX from Paignton Bus will not be running at present, currently the 120 service from Paignton top Kingswear is running approx. 15 min late.apologies for any inconvenience.



Friday 7 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Unfortunately we are unable to run our Ocean City Sights service today. It will be back running from tomorrow for the weekend and beyond, hopefully see you on board soon!
  • Due to a RTC closing the road in the Downderry area, the service 75 is having to reverse out and will not be able to service Portwrinkle. We apologise for any inconvenience

First Kernow:

  • Service 214A Par - Truro College - please can all students catch the Double Decker 214 bus from Fowey to Truro College today. Many thanks.
  • Good morning from Bodmin Depot all services 55.95.96.27 have left the depot on time. we are expecting delays on our 95 and 96 services today due to heavy traffic around Wadebridge for royal Cornwall show Ground hope you all have a nice day.
  • Unfortunately the ongoing roadworks on the A3074 in Carbis Bay are still causing delays to all services T2/A2/A17 in and out of St Ives which will have a knock on affect along the remainder of their rout
  • Unfortunately the 46 service which is due to serve Murdoch Close at 10:49 will not be able to get through due to a broken down car blocking the road

Stagecoach:

  • Barnstaple Due to parked cars 75 is unable to serve Pynes Lane in Bideford.
  • Due to operational difficulties the 12.00 fox and 12.10 fox will not be running. apologies for the inconvenience
  • #Barnstaple Due to a breakdown the 1223 21 from Westward Ho! will not operate. Sorry for any inconvenience
  • #Plymouth Oreston has been closed in both direction due to flooding and flood water. All 2 Services are travelling along pomphlett road.

Falcon:

  • PLYMOUTH the 0530 service from Bristol is currently not running due to a breakdown, we are sorry for the delays.
  • PLYMOUTH the 1000 is currently not running due to a breakdown, we are sorry for the delays.
  • #Plymouth 1400 falcon is currently running 40 minutes late due to traffic on M5 and in Plymouth
  • #Plymouth Falcon Queueing traffic due to earlier accident , four cars involved on M5 Northbound from J26 A38 (Wellington) to J25 A358 (Taunton). Traffic has been released in all lanes as of 15:00. Affecting traffic heading towards Bristol. All lanes have been reopened

Megabus:

  • The 08:00 M6 service from London to Plymouth will suffer a delay of approx. 120 minutes due to the closure of the A4. Only passengers waiting at London Victoria will be affected by the delay.

Dart Line:

  • 174 service abandoned due to gridlock in newton Abbot. We do apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.
