Plymouth Citybus go pink

Plymouth University have an event coming up which might be of interest to some, especially if you like your buses bright pink…

Plymouth Citybus have joined forces with the charity Brain Tumour Research, to support the world-leading Brain Tumour Research Centre of Excellence at the University.

The launch event perfectly coincides with the charity’s national initiative, Wear a Hat Day, to raises awareness of the woefully underfunded research into brain tumours, which continue to kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.

If you’re in the city centre between 09:00 and 13:00 29th March 2018 , then come and look at the vibrant bus which features the Brain Tumour Research team at the University, to learn more about the amazing research happening on your doorstep.

You can meet members of the research team and find out from the charity how to get involved in fundraising for this crucial research.

No idea which bus this is just yet…
