    2. Citybus changes no matter what they are will still not be as gd as the 81 First just seemed to have a better understanding of the Torpoint market.

  5. Good morning, have there been any more Repaints into The New Olympia Livery This Week at First Kernow.

  6. anon 3/10/15, if first cared about torpoint they wouldn't have pulled out. stagecoach obviously don't think there is money to be made in torpoint. citybus are in the process of reorganising their timetable to better serve torpoint.
citybus bailed out fdc on firework night because fdc let them down badly.

    1. Oh for heavens sake, can't you just let go of the tit for tat First bashing. GoAhead went head to head with tem on Torpoint and Tavistock. They didn't get what they wanted, they got exactly what they thought they would stop - Stagecoach. They now have Torpoint to themselves and are just going to have to face the uncomfortable but inevitable ride they will get it they ultimately provide a worse service than First did. That's how life pans out.
As for First, those who so wanted them out, gone, etc have their way. it's time to move on. They've gone! it's time to find a new hobby horse!

  7. First ran at a loss for nearly a decade in the city so I don't think it fair to criticize them on pulling out on that score. I doubt any of the others would have persevered that long!!
