THREE Plymouth schools are to have 20mph zones enforced on roads outside their gates, according to the city council's cabinet member for transport. And a raft of new double and single yellow lines are to be painted in 50 city locations. Cllr Kevin Wigens said that Estover Community College, Notre Dame School in Derriford and Knowle Primary School in West Park will each have a 20mph speed limit implemented outside their doors.
