First D&C have carried out a couple of 'odd' repaints. First of all there is LFJ844W which has has a partial repaint. see photos and the full story here on the Bristol VR South West Bus news web site which is recommended as a good site to visit.
Also reported by Nick Rice on the South West Bus Group is the repaint of Volvo Citybus:
"Volvo Citybus (38016) E216 BTA from B2 fades to B1. Can't help but
thinking sister E215 would have been a more worthy recipient! Even so
38016 has been re-trimmed seating wise and even the ceilings & grab
rails have been treated to a touch of fresh paint to freshen them up."
