The last week on social media and elsewhere from the local operators and others that you might have missed for the week just gone 8-14th June

Saturday 22 June

Stagecoach:

  • #Bude #Barnstaple Due to a breakdown on the 219, the service will be delayed by 10 minutes, but subsequently will not be able to serve Gooseham or Morwenstow due to the vehicle being used. sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Falcon:

  • The 12.00 Falcon Service from Plymouth will be delayed by 45 min due to an incident on A38. Sorry for the inconvenience
  • The 13.00 Falcon Service from Plymouth Coach Station will be delayed by 30 min due to an incident on A38. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • We are experiencing long delay's on the Falcon service this afternoon due to some ongoing issue's across the Falcon route. Currently there is a Issue Southbound on the M5 J31 with Traffic delay's, Services are currently diverting from Bristol Airport to Bristol via A380 in both directions.


Sunday 23 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • The Service 50 departing Derriford Hospital at 08:26 will unfortunately not be operated. The next Service 50 will depart at 08:56 please accept our apologies
  • The Service 5A departing Royal Parade at 08:25 to Elburton will unfortunately not be running. The next Service 5 will depart at 08:55 please accept our apologies.
  • Service 16 departing Marine Academy at 09:48 will unfortunately not be operated. The next service 16 will depart there at 10:18, please accept our apologies.
  • It is with great regret that the Ocean city Sights open top service will not be operating today please accept our apologies.
  • Service 5 departing Royal Parade at 0955 towards Elburton unfortunately will not be operated. the next Service 5A will depart at 1025 and the next Service 5A at 1055. Please accept our apologies
  • Service 33s the following timed services departing Royal Parade will unfortunately not be operated they are :- 10:17, 11:47, and 13:17. The following Service 33s will depart 30 mins later than the above times. Please accept our apologies.


Monday 24 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Service 16s the following timed services departing Royal Parade will unfortunately not be operated they are :- 11:02 and 12:32. The following Service 16s will depart 30 mins later than the above times. Please accept our apologies
  • Service 118 to All Saints Academy and Notre Dame has broken down, replacement bus is on the way, but service will now run late. Sorry for the inconvenience
  • The service 20A due from Ivybridge Town Hall to Plymouth at 13:27 has unfortunately broken down. Engineers are on the way but this journey is unlikely to run.
  • Due to a passenger being taken ill on the bus, the service 15:00 service 12 is currently waiting for medical assistance at St Budeaux. Unfortunately we have no timescale when this bus will be continuing in service. This is likely to effect the 16:25 service 12B to Bude.

First Kernow:

  • The 07:05 87 Newquay to Truro will be running approximately 20 minutes late. Apologies for this late running

Stagecoach:

  • Due to operational difficulties the 0740 21A to Appledore and its return journey will not be operating, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
  • Due to operational difficulties the 1355 85 Barnstaple to Holsworthy will be delayed 25 mins. Sorry for any inconvenience
  • Due to an incident in Fremington Service 21, 21a, 5b, 821, 921 have been delayed 15 mins.
  • Due to Road Closure in Fremington there will be a shuttle service between Barnstaple and Fremington. There will also be a shuttle between Bideford Quay and Fremington. Service 21&21A are serving normal Route The Road at Fremington is now open.

Falcon:

  • Plymouth The 07.50 Falcon Service will run late by 1 hour and is operating to the Airport only.
  • The 10.00 Falcon service from Plymouth is delayed by 45 min.
  • Plymouth Falcon Services are heavily disrupted in both directions. Delays up to one hour. Sorry for the inconvenience
  • Plymouth The Falcon Service is still disrupted due to broken down Vehicles earlier this day. The Services should run as scheduled after 15.00. Apologies for the delays


Tuesday 25 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • The Service 70B from Cremyll at 0645 is unfortunately not operating due to the Bus developing a mechanical issue. A replacement Bus is on route to operate from Raleigh. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
  • Good Morning, Service update Tuesday 8am: After an earlier issue with a Cremyll service breakdown and the loss of a 42 from Derriford to Royal Parade at 0705, pleased to say all services currently running as normal
  • Update: #pcb72 #pcb73 Due to a lorry shedding it's load we are currently not able to service Hannafore point in Looe on any service. Sorry for the inconvenience we will update you when the road is cleared.
  • Service Update: #PCB11A buses are currently unable to service Bodmin Community Hospital due to issues with parking. We hope to be able to return to normal service by 2pm. Sorry for any inconvenience. Sorry to inform passengers of the #PCB11A service the situation with parking has not improved at Bodmin Community Hospital and it is unlikely buses will return to the Hospital before 4pm. Thank you for your patience.
  • Service #51 update : Sorry the 1515 service 51 from Derriford Hospital is running 15 minutes late due to volume of passengers using this particular journey. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Customer information: Customers wishing to catch #PCB23 #PCB24 services in Mayflower St. please note that these now also operate alongside the #PCB27 and #PCB48 services largely using Green Flash branded single deck buses. Please check with drivers to avoid any confusion
  • Service update: The 1655 service #PCB34 has followed the incorrect route and as a result was unable to service Albert Rd or Stoke Village. The 1725 service should be running normal route. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
  • We are sorry but we are unable to run the last service 73 from Liskeard at 1840. We apologise for the inconvenience.

First Kernow:

  • SERVICE DISRUPTION - Due to temporary traffic lights causing heavy congestion and delays in and around St.Austell, there are delays of upto 20 minutes on the 21,22,24,25,27,30, 101 and 102 services. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused
  • Service 25 - 1427 St.Stephen - St.Austell. Apologies, but due to the late running of the bus with the Roadworks at Kings Avenue, this service has been cancelled. It will resume from Trinity Street - Fowey at 1451. Please catch the 22 at 1445 from St.Stephen to Town. Apologies.

Stagecoach:

  • Barnstaple Due to operational difficulties the 0721 21 service to Westward Ho and its return will not operate, sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Sorry to inform you that the 13.40 Gold service from Plymouth has broken down on the Plympton Bye-pass. The next service from Plymouth will be at 14.10.

Falcon:

  • Plymouth The 06.40 Coach from Plymouth is delayed by 45 min
  • Falcon: #PLYMOUTH due to technical difficulties the 1720 service from Plymouth is going to be running up to 45 minutes late, we are sorry for any delays caused


Wednesday 26 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Midday service update : Currently the network is running well with all delays except for a trip on the #PCB79 20 minutes late all other services are running within 10 minutes or less of their normal times. Customer Experience 01752 662271

First Kernow:

  • Fatal RTC on A390 outside Truro College. All Service 87's from Truro are being diverted via Shortlanesend until further notice as the road is closed for Police investigations. Our apologies for something outside our control.
  • Due to the fatal accident near Treliske there are delays and diversions to all services in that area. At the moment T1 and T2 inbound services are terminating at Threemilestone and the T3 service is operating a shuttle service from TMS to Truro Railway and Bus Stations
  • T1 / T2 and 47 services are able to serve inbound Truro but out bound is still on diversion via Playing Place and Carnon downs until further notice

Stagecoach:

  • Due to a breakdown the 0935 11A to Whiddon Valley and its return will not operate. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Falcon:

  • # Plymouth The Falcon Service 14.30 from Bristol will not operating. This Service is operating from the Airport at 14.57 South bound as scheduled


Thursday 27 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Customer Information: #PCB25 #PCB25B on Saturday 29th June for Armed Forces Day we shall be operating the 25B additional service to the 25 between 0835 and 1854. During the Red Arrows display the 25B only will be running from Derrys cross south. More info 01752 662271.
  • Good Afternoon -we are experiencing some delays across a variety of services this afternoon of between 8 and 15 minutes in some cases. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
  • The Customer Experience Team will be outside Homebase, Marsh Mills on 3/7/19 -9:30am-12pm and in PlymCo carpark, Ridgeway on 4/7/19 - 9:30am-12pm to chat to the public as part of the Catch the Bus Week. We hope to see you there!
  • Mount Gould Services have been temporary suspended due to a serious RTC blocking the road by Mount Gould Hospital congestion in both directions. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will resume service once we can get back into Mount Gould

First Kernow:

  • The 218 college service has currently broken down between Wadebridge and Winnards perch. Students have been put onto the 213 service. Any students waiting between Major and college should look to using another college service
  • The 35A 1140 Helston to Falmouth is running 20 minutes late. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused
  • The 46 from Redruth to Camborne 15.06 is not running due to a accident. we will keep you informed
  • Services 21 and 91 are currently diverted between Quintrell Downs and St Columb Road due to a RTC outside Whiteacres Holiday Park. We are sorry that we can not serve stops between theses points at present.
  • Service 27 in Bodmin, we are currently unable to serve the Beacon area due to the ongoing road works on Beacon Road. buses are diverted via Higher Bore Street and Dennison Road to reach Mount Folly.
  • Service 21, the A392 between Quintrell Downs and St Columb Road has reopened following the earlier RTC. This service is now running on time and on the correct route.

Stagecoach:

  • Due to operational difficulties service 11A/11C is unable to serve Forches Avenue/Gould Road to and from Whiddon Valley. Services will serve Forches Roundabout until such time a suitable vehicle is available to operate the route. Sorry for any inconvenience
  • Due to a traffic incident at Eastacombe 71/72 services are having to operate via Bideford instead of normal route. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Falcon:

  • #Plymouth The 15.00 Falcon from Plymouth is broken down and delayed by at least 45 min.


Friday 28 June

Plymouth Citybus:

  • Unfortunately due to the excessive winds the doors have broken on the bus on his way to Ivybridge to operate the 0657 service and will now not be operating. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

First Kernow:

  • The 243 could be running slightly late due to a road diversion at Porthtowan, we will get to you asap

Stagecoach:

  • Due to Police closure of the A361 between Deans Crosss and Mullacott Roundabout Service 21 to and from Ilfracombe will divert via Muddiford. A Shuttle will run between Barnstaple and Knowle
  • Due to operational difficulties the 0650 15c Barnstaple to Appledore will be 25mins late. Sorry for any inconvenience
