Mannamead Road outbound currently closed due to a 3 car RTC, all outbound services on the Crownhill corridor are diverted via Torr lane and Outland Road to Crownhill, sorry for the inconvenience

service 61/62 are diverted via from Weston park road turning right onto Outland road and st peters road in both directions due to rtc outside all saints sorry for any inconvenience caused

24th Jan 2019 Plymouth Citybus

RTC near the Swingletree pub in Kelly Bray road closed, service 12's unable to service Stoke Climsland and are being diverted via the main Launceston Road. Service 34 diverted via Union Street in both directions at the moment due to an RTC in Millbay Road.

25th Jan Plymouth Citybus

The 20.17 Service 12 from Launceston to Plymouth is currently delayed due to a road closure because of an RTC in Launceston, Police are attending. The 20.35 Service 12 from Plymouth to Launceston will be on a diversion around Stoke Climsland, to Launceston unfortunately this will mean a delay of approx 10-15 minutes, our apologies for the late running of this service

STOP CLOSURE: The following stops Westward Ho! Westward Ho! (Kingsley) Northam From Monday 21 January until Monday 11 March The stops will not be served due to roadworks restricting the A386 for the replacement of a water main. The nearest served stop will be Bideford.

Miller Way is closed this evening from 19:00 hrs. Service 50 & 51 will be diverted from Keswick Crescent via Dover Rd, Novorossiysk Rd, Plybridge Rd & Runway Rd to Derriford in both directions. Apologies for the lack of notification but we were not made aware of this closure

Very heavy traffic on the Crediton Rd, partly due to the roadworks around Half Moon. also heavy traffic on Bridge Rd & Topsham Rd. This is delaying all services using these roads. We are pleased to report that service 2 will now serve Pomphlett Gardens, as normal, from tomorrow. Apologies for the inconvenience whilst we were unable to serve this road.

SW Highways will be Re-surfacing on Glen Road Plympton between 1900 and 2300 this evening. Service 21A from Wolverwood Lane to Steer Park as normal, then via Sandy Road, Ridgeway and Hillcrest Drive to Glen Road. Service 21 will operate the reverse of the above diversion.

Due to BT works going on in St Pancras Ave 61 and 62 buses will not be servicing St Pancras between 0910 and 1530 today. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by the earlier than planned start to this closure buses will be using Spring Hill in both directions instead. SW Highways resurfacing between Langham Place & Gdnyia Way this evening from 1900 to 0700 These works will close the bus lane from Prince Rock. Outbound: Services 21/21A & 51 will divert via Gdnyia Way & will not service Astor Field or Prince Rock as a result of these works. SW Highways will be Re-surfacing on Glen Road Plympton between 1900 and 2300 this evening. Further to the diversion notifications this week -we are pleased to inform passengers that St Pancras Ave is now reopened to buses with no further planned diversions today or Monday as originally communicated so service 61/62 will be on normal routes. At The Lizard, Beacon Terrace will be closed for water related roadworks from Monday 14th to Thursday 31st January. Service L1 will not be able to follow the loop around Cross Common and Beacon Terrace on the way to Lizard Green. Buses will operate direct along the A3083.The stops at Croft Parc, Church Cove Road and Landewednack School will not be served during the closure. Due to Temporary Roadworks traffic lights on Chyandour in Penzance causing serious traffic congestion, all services in and out of Penzance are being delayed. We apologise but this is out of our control

 

Future Roadworks and Diversions

25th Jan First Kernow

Roads through the centre of Wadebridge will be closed on Saturday 26th January for the Bike Lights Event from 1630 - 1800. Buses due in the town during these times will operate around the roundabout near the Lidl supermarket and wait in Goldsworthy Way.

A392 between Quintrell Downs Roundabout and St Columb Minor Trevarren Roundabout Due to be closed for resurfacing works from Monday 28th January until Friday 1st February 0930-1630 each day. Services 21 and 91 will operate a diversion around the closed road and will not be able to serve the stops at Quintrell Gardens, Mountjoy, Whitecross and Atlantic Reach or any points in between. (Both Directions)

MOUSEHOLE Parade Hill and Quay Street are due to be closed Monday 28th Jan to Friday 1st Feb, 0930 - 1530 each day.  *Amended Times* During this closure, buses will not be able to serve the Harbour Bus Stop or the stops near The Old Coastguard Hotel.. Affected services will drop off at the Parade car park and depart from opposite the car park on The Parade.

In Truro, River Street past the Museum is due to be closed for roadworks from Monday 21st January until Friday 8th February all day each day. Inbound buses from the Railway Station will divert from Ferris Town on the B3284 to enter the Bus Station from Morlaix Avenue. Diverted services will not be able to serve the stops at The Museum and Boscawen Street. Outbound services will not be affected

The road through Connor Downs (Horsepool Road - Turnpike road - Connor Hill - Carwin Rise) is due to be closed for resurfacing works from Monday 21st to Friday 25th January and again from Monday 28th to Friday 1st February. We have been advised there will be no through access during the closure from 0930 to 1630 each day.. Buses will operate a diversion as follows:

• T1 Camborne - Penzance. After serving Treswithian, T1 will operate via the A30 to Loggans Roundabout then via West Cornwall Shopping Park if scheduled and on to Carwin Rise Lidl and normal route.
• T1 Penzance - Camborne. After Carwin Rise Lidl, and West Cornwall Shopping Park if scheduled, T1 will operate via the A30 to Treswithian and normal route.
• T2 Camborne - St Ives. After serving Treswithian T2 will operate the normal route via Roseworthy to Horsepool Crossroads then turn right on to Gwithian Road (buses will stop near the junction in Gwithian Road) then through Gwithian to Upton Towans and then the normal route from Dynamite Corner.
• T2 St Ives - Camborne. After serving the stop at Dynamite Corner T2 will operate via Gwithian then Gwithian Road to Horsepool (buses will stop in Gwithian Road near the Horsepool junction) then continue on normal route via Roseworthy.

We have been informed there will be no access through Connor Downs and buses will not be able to serve the stops at Horsepool (temporary replacement stop in Gwithian Road), Greenbank/Tresdale Parc, Turnpike and Mutton Hill between 0930 and 1630 on the closure days. Customers should change in Hayle to/from the T1 service Buses will operate the normal route over the weekend.

Road Closure - B3276 from Mawgan Porth to Airport Junction These works have been extended again and will now continue after the weekend on Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th January 0930-1630 each day.* The B3276 will be closed for resurfacing works from Mawgan Porth through Trevarrian to the T.junction for the airport. Service A5 journeys during the closure times will follow the alternative A5 route via St Mawgan Village. Affected journeys will not be able to serve Trevarrian and the ‘Betty’s Shop’ stop in Mawgan Porth, operating past the Pitch & Putt instead. Services outside the closure times will follow the normal route.

The B3269 between Castledore and Fowey (Four Turnings) is due to be closed for roadworks *Revised Date* Now from Tuesday 29th January to Friday 1st February between 0930-1630 each day. During the closure service 24 will operate via Tywardreath then follow a diversion via Tehidy Road, Par Green and Polmear on the A3082 to Four Turnings Roundabout outside Fowey. Affected buses will not be able to serve the stops in Tywardreth at St Andrews Church, Belmont Street, Poldrea and Polpey Lane as well as Trenython Manor Turn, Castledore Crossroads and Four Turnings Garage on the B3269.

 

Breakdowns

19th Jan Stagecoach SW

EXETER: due to a vehicle breakdown, the 0802 Hop2 service from Newton Abbot to Exeter will not be running. We'll be looking to get the 0855 Hop2 service from Dawlish to Exeter running though. BARNSTAPLE: 0905 15C Appledore - ETW & 0933 ETW - Appledore will not operate due to a breakdown. Sorry for any inconvenience. BARSTAPLE 1415 5B service form Exeter is delayed due to a break down, hopefully get this service up and running again shortly. 1415 5B service now resumed from Exeter. This service is running an hour late due to previous breakdown. BARNSTAPLE The 1540 75A from Okehampton will not be running due to a breakdown, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
