Another superb photo from Dereks collection of old photos. Its hard to imagine travelling Tavistock to Plymouth on such a fine old bus these days! I am sure someone out there can give more details on the bus shown.

    Incidentally DR 4902 exists in almost original condition at the Science Museum store at Wroughton. Efforts are being made to release her into service...........KVBRD 2010 !

    I'll post details of 2591 when I am home tonight. However 2585 survived long enough for me to see her as a tree-lopper in the early 1950s.
