Just a quickie update to my post on 1st April (not the April fool one!)
The Taxifast part of the Northern Connect is being added to the RTP system and should be live on Monday. It wont be the full live service as the cabs dont carry the live tracking equipment but at least the time tables will appear.
Thanks to the Transport Dept at the City Council for letting me know. (By pure coincidence I also ended up sharing a cab home tonight with the gentleman who sent me the email - nice to meet you!)
