I have used DaveR38's photo of this bridge as I feel he has captured the colours of the bridge far better than I have ever managed myself!
This whole area around Laira Railway Bridge is steeped in transport history which I hope to get a grip off myself one day. A good potted history of the bridges here can be found on the Plymouth Data site here.
