I have not seen it myself but Nick Rice reported a couple ago that Volvo double decker 189 F606GVO has received an all over advert. Well the company who has placed the advert is rather proud of its investment and has devoted a page on its web site to the bus and even aks people to email in when they see it!

It is interesting to note that one of the five sightings reported of the bus does come from a lady at Citybus Marketing!
